Revised Covid Policy

Effective February 1, 2022

Given the ongoing challenges presented by COVID, the RLTC will require all members, staff, and guests for the 2022 season to be either fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption, in accordance with current provincial and standards.
Individuals 12 and older are considered Fully vaccinated when they have complied with the current Ontario vaccine passport requirements.
Children under the age of 12 years old are exempt from the policy, as per the current Ontario vaccination policy.
The Club is adopting this vaccination policy with the understanding that medical experts agree this is our best method of protection for our members and will help limit strain on our health care system.  As an outdoor club which has access to indoor facilities and hosts social gatherings, it is important to have one comprehensive policy for indoors and outdoors.  Policy is subject to change at any tim
e, based on evolving Ontario vaccine passport requirements.

  1. Do you confirm that you have been fully vaccinated YES/NO

  2. If NO do you have a valid medical exemption or are you under the age of 12 years old?  YES/NO.

Proof of medical exemption is required to be submitted to the club manager before the start of the tennis season. Please present your vaccine passport to the front desk on your first visit to the club house.  Members who do not prove their vaccination status or medical exemption may lose their club privileges until such proof can be provided and verified by the Club.

For questions, please email  A reminder that phones will only be answered at the opening of our club house around May 8th.  You can stay up-to-date on RLTC’s social media. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
